Dr. Senthil Kumar Rajasekaran

Founder & CEO

Dr. Senthil Kumar Rajasekaran brings deep, on-the-ground knowledge of the UAE and the wider GCC to his work in market entry and strategy. Over more than a decade based in the region, he has built the institutional relationships and operating fluency that allow international organizations to enter Gulf markets with confidence and to navigate them effectively once established. He holds formal representation agreements with Aldar, KEZAD, and the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO), and maintains formal engagements with Mubadala. These relationships span the principal entities shaping Abu Dhabi's economic diversification, real estate and industrial infrastructure, and inbound investment agenda, giving him direct access to the decision-making channels that matter for market entry, partnership formation, and long-term positioning in the Emirate. His advisory work is grounded in two decades of senior leadership across the UAE's academic, healthcare, and institutional landscape, including decanal roles at Khalifa University and engagements with national bodies and ministries. This background gives him a rare combination of strategic insight and institutional credibility, an understanding not only of how Gulf markets work, but of how their leadership thinks, decides, and partners. Dr. Rajasekaran advises clients on UAE and GCC market entry, strategic positioning, partnership development, and stakeholder engagement. He is known for translating ambition into executable strategy, helping organizations move from initial interest to durable presence in one of the world's most dynamic and opportunity-rich regions.

Baljeet Singh Gujral

Senior Advisor

Baljeet Singh Gujral is a serial entrepreneur, venture investor, and strategic advisor whose career has been shaped at some of the world's most respected institutions and tested across some of the most demanding markets. His business education spans Harvard Business School, the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Oxford, and IIM Calcutta, a combination that places him among a small group of leaders fluent in both global strategic frameworks and the on-the-ground realities of emerging markets.
Baljeet's professional journey began in private banking and wealth management, with senior roles at UBS Wealth Management, Standard Chartered Bank, Axis Bank, and ICICI Bank, where he built deep expertise in capital strategy, client advisory, and high-net-worth relationship management. He has since channelled that foundation into entrepreneurship, founding and scaling ventures including Enfield Riders, BucketList Experiences, and other consumer and experiential businesses that have earned him features on CNBC TV-18's Young Turks and Bloomberg TV's Rising Stars series.
His Harvard connection runs beyond alumnus status. Baljeet serves as an Academic Mentor at Harvard Business School, contributing to the WSA Alumnae-Student Mentorship Program, and is an active member of the Harvard Business School Club of the GCC, where he engages with the region's senior business community. Through this network and his broader work, Baljeet maintains a strong interest in the Gulf as one of the world's most dynamic markets for entrepreneurship, investment, and cross-border partnership. The UAE in particular, with its ambitious diversification agenda and openness to global talent, sits naturally at the intersection of his interests in scale, strategy, and emerging-market growth.
Beyond his ventures, Baljeet is a sought-after mentor and advisor. He serves on the board of the NITJ Technology Business Incubator, mentors early-stage companies at the IIT Bombay E-Cell and IFCI Venture Capital Funds, and supports first-generation entrepreneurs through government-backed initiatives. He is also a Network Secretary of the Stanford Seed Transformation Network for South Asia, an active public speaker, and an author whose voice has appeared in Economic Times, Times of India, The Telegraph, YourStory, and other leading publications.
What ties his work together is a clear conviction: strategy, scale, and growth are most powerful when built on relationships, rigour, and a genuine belief in people. Whether mentoring a first-time founder, advising a board, or building his next venture, Baljeet brings the same blend of analytical depth and entrepreneurial energy that has defined his career.
